FAQ’s

    1. We do not have a music license, please keep the noise to a moderate level.

    2. Smoking, vaping or any other drug use including alcohol is not permitted on premises.

    3. No antisocial behaviour or lingering outside the building.

    4. We do not permit confetti, glittter,fake tan, body oil, body sprays or self-tans that can stain the furniture.

    5. Pets are not allowed.

    6. Open flames, including candles, are not permitted in the studio without prior approval from a team member.

    7. Food and drinks are allowed in the studio. Any damage caused to the studio equipment/furniture will result in additional fees, taken from the damage deposit.

    8. Please do not drag furniture. Move furniture with 2 or more people picking it up.

    9. Full nudity is not allowed.

    10. Please return all furniture and props to their original position before leaving, we expect the space to be as it was when given to you.

  • • For 30+ days’ notice: Full refund
    • 15–29 days’ notice: 50% refund
    • Less than 15 days’ notice: Non-refundable

  • If you have an event scheduled after four weeks you can pay just the deposit of £100. To cancel the event that has been held within 29 days, you will not receive the deposit back.

    The holding deposit will be refundable after the event has occurred as it is to cover fees of damages to furniture, chairs, tables and the general space. It is fully refundable provided no excessive extra cleaning or repairs are needed.

  • For all events we have a refundable deposit of £100 which will be sent to you via a link. If you have an event scheduled within four weeks you must pay the full balance (price of the booking, any add-ons like chairs tables, and the deposit).

    This will be refunded after 1-3 working days. This deposit is to cover fees of damages to furniture, chairs, tables and the general space. It is fully refundable provided no excessive extra cleaning or repairs are needed.

    Your booking starts from the time you book, not at the time of arrival. Please book appropriately to avoid any overtime fees.
