Please keep the noise to a moderate level.
Smoking, vaping or any other drug use including alcohol is not permitted on premises.
No antisocial behavior or lingering outside the building after events.
Threatening, aggressive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and we hold the right to cancel any bookings due to this. This covers swearing, verbal or physical threats towards our staff or neighbors.
We do not permit confetti, glittter, fake tan, body oil, body sprays or self-tans that can stain the furniture or walls.
Pets are not allowed.
Open flames, including candles, are not permitted in the studio without prior approval from a team member.
Food and drinks are allowed in the studio. Any damage caused to the studio equipment/furniture will result in additional fees, taken from the damage deposit.
Please return all furniture, props and lighting to their original position before leaving, we expect the space to be as tidy as it was when given to you.
Please leave on time, if you are late leaving the premises we have the right to take part of your deposit which would reflect up to one hour of the event booking.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any bookings made.
This includes any bookings that do not align with our schedule.
In the extremely unlikely event an emergency occurs the studio reserves the right to cancel your booking.

For all events we have a refundable deposit of £100 which will be sent to you via a link. If you have an event scheduled within four weeks you must pay the full balance (price of the booking, any add-ons like chairs tables, and the deposit).
This will be refunded after 1-3 working days. This deposit is to cover fees of damages to furniture, chairs, tables and the general space. It is fully refundable provided no excessive extra cleaning or repairs are needed.

If you have an event scheduled after four weeks you can pay just the deposit of £100. To cancel the event that has been held within 29 days, you will not receive the deposit back.
The holding deposit will be refundable after the event has occurred as it is to cover fees of damages to furniture, chairs, tables and the general space. It is fully refundable provided no excessive extra cleaning or repairs are needed.

Set up and take down time is included in the time booked. We provide one hour for set ups at a 50% discounted rate.
Your booking starts from the time you book, not at the time of arrival.
Please book appropriately to avoid any overtime fees.
